1.Objective of proposal
Kerasys’ current market share is 4th rank in Korea. It is already high rank in shampoo market. But nowadays, oriental shampoo market is rapidly growing and it means Kerasys market share is not sustainable as it stands.
Therefore, we suggest this proposal to increase Kerasys’ market share and give Kerasys differentiation as against other company’s products.

2.Analyzing Current Position
Before we start analyzing environment, we want to remind these problems in Kerasys.
1. Design of Container
2. Normal Concept
3. Lack of Advertisement
We focused on these problems to overcome the current Kerasys state. First problem was too common design of container. But as you can see the survey we researched, most customers don’t care about design of container. So we skipped this problem and we focused on other two problems, lack of advertisement and normal concept.
